Job Description - Asst Manager (Admin)

1 Completion of Real estate & infrastructure activities within the agreed timelines

2 Finalization of R&M , AMC contracts and vendor finalization ensuring implementation of contracts.

3 HO - facility management comprises upkeep , security , Maintenance , asset management , training room arrangements .

4 Managing Cafeteria and Transport as per the schedule and cost limits

5 Visitor management ( Senior guest handling )

6 Courier management , and liasoning with govt bodies.

7 Warehouse management & Guest house management

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,50,000 PA.
