MIS and Reports
Track all the sales activities as per Business Plan for the Channel.
Prepare business analysis report for the Channel.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT and Accounts departments for any issues that impact Sales activities and resolve the same.
Coordinate with Sales team to capture accurate and timely information with respect to various updates in business activities
Analyze and provide Sales MIS data to the BH on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis by coordinating and consolidating relevant data/information
Tracks and highlights progress of various sales related projects/initiatives such as sales contests as per pre-defined timelines
Highlighting areas of concerns to meet the sales targets as per the timelines mentioned in the Business Plan
Give suggestions and innovative ways for timely closure of all the activities as per Business Plan
Project management and reports for branch expansion as per new initiatives plan
Monitoring new business and policy holder servicing processes to ensure effective implementation in all the area
Continuous monitoring the administrative processes and policies to ensure operational efficiencies
Plan, assist and support in new area set up activities and facilities management
Acting as a single point of contact for providing support on queries/problems encountered by sales team with respect to Operational and Administrative issues
One point contact for divisional office for all the new business and policy servicing related issues
Liaison with Operations and Sales
Interact with sales team across all locations for consolidating MIS related data
Accountable for initiating escalation wherever necessary to ensure Business plans are achieved
Manage all types of communication (including day to day communication) with the operations and sales team and design formal communications to be released in behalf of BH.
Provide support in monitoring sales, revenue and growth of the companys products in the market
Publishing Reports on the status of all the policies logged in the respective channel in liaison with DO and Operations team.
Coordinating and maintaining close relationships internally in the company
Collaborating and maintaining cordial relationships with Channel and other facility provider vendors to ensure efficiency in operations in the company
Arranging weekly/monthly/quarterly sales meetings for the channel on behalf of Sales Head and tracking the agenda, minutes etc.
