Roles and Responsibilities
1) Need to Recruit Insurance Consultants in & Around the Assigned Branch Area from their
Existing Contacts as well as Open Market.
2) Work Closely with the Recruited Consultants in Creating Maximum Sales Appointments with
the Clients & ensure Maximum New Business Premium for the Company.
3) Train the Insurance Consultants so that they individually handle their Client's Appointments & Sell Life Insurance Policies in the Market
4) Do various Lead Generation Activities for Consultant Recruitments as well as New Business Premium Creation.
Salary: 1,75,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
